Callstream has been nominated in the prestigious 2013 Comms Business National Awards (CNA).

We are thrilled to have reached the finals in not one, but four different categories with our client Fresh! Insurance using our new Midas dialler.

We’re up for best ‘Hosted SME Solution’;  ‘SME Contact Centre Solution’;  ‘SME Vertical” & ‘Enterprise Vertical Market Solution”.

We’ll keep everything crossed until the 10th October when the winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner in London.
